INFORMATION OF
OUR REGULATIONS

Our products have a 14 day exchange and refund policy. The returned  product must be unused and in flawless condition. The package has to be exactly as it was. The customer is responsible for the costs of the return. Our exchange and refund policy does not apply on our pre-used products. Our pre-used selection also doesn't include any warranty. Of shippings nobody picks up, we charge the shipping costs both ways. 

All complaints related to the orders are requested within 5 days from receiving the products. Our pre-used products don't have reclamation rights.

Our clients can cancel their orders if we don't deliver within a reasonable time. We aim to keep our clients posted via email or by calling them if anything is out of the ordinary with their shipment time. Nordic Arrow Challenge maintains the rights to cancel orders and refund their customers for the money if circumstances call for that.  

We deliver our packages through Matkahuolto or Posti. The shipping costs vary based on the products, their size and weight. The products are also available for a free pickup from our premises in Rauma. 

Klarna, credit card, direct transfer or Mobilepay.

​Our delivery times are between 2 and 14 working days. We contact our customers ASAP to inform them about the delivery times should there be any exceptions. Tuotteidemme toimitusaika on 2-14 työpäivää.

The information on this register is not given to any outsiders. All information is secured so that only the register holder can access the information. All information has been secured with login details. The clients have a right to forbid keeping their details in the register and a right to ask for which details are in the register. A request regarding the details must be delivered to the register keeper in written form.
